Changing or cancelling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please message Fridah on WhatsApp as early as possible so the appointment slot can be offered to someone else.

Short-notice cancellations

Fridah takes a limited number of appointments each week. Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.

Late arrival

Please arrive at the confirmed time. If you are running late, message ahead. Significant lateness may require a shorter service or a new appointment.

Deposits

If a deposit is requested for a future booking, Fridah will confirm the amount and any deposit terms by WhatsApp before payment.
